TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FEE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Fees must be paid in full before the first class unless a prior payment arrangement has been made.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in losing the enrolment spot.
A minimum of 10 lessons is required (excluding short-term workshops or School Holiday Programmes) to ensure quality teaching and effective tracking of student progress.
REFUND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
We are confident in our program and have successfully helped many students achieve their goals.
Refund before the first class: If you request a refund before attending the first class, we will provide a full refund of your class fees. However, a $60 administrative fee will apply.
After Classes Have Started: If you request a refund after starting our classes, we will deduct the fees for any classes you have attended, plus a $200 administrative fee.
CLASS RULES

If a lesson extends beyond 30 minutes of the scheduled end time, it will be counted as an additional hour.

Please maintain a quiet environment in the studio and respect studio property.

Eating is not allowed in the teaching area. Do not dispose of take-out containers in the downstairs trash bins.

Students must come prepared with their own painting tools. The studio provides painting paper and paints. Arriving without the necessary painting tools is strictly prohibited.
SICKNESS OR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In case of emergencies, please inform the teacher ASAP and We can arrange a make-up session or offer a spot in another class, subject to availability.

Class times should not be changed or missed without prior notice, except in emergencies. Please notify the teacher at least 48 hours in advance if you need to miss a class.

Requests for leave must be made at least 2 hours in advance; otherwise, it will be considered an unexcused absence.

10-lesson packages are valid for 3 months, while 40-lesson packages are valid for 1 year. Extensions can be arranged for special circumstances—please notify the teacher as soon as possible.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
The studio may refuse entry to anyone with symptoms of illness or carrying dangerous items.
Parents are responsible for their own and their child’s belongings. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All misplaced items will be collected and placed in our “Lost and Found” box.
DROP OFF AND PICK UPS
Please arrive at class 5 minutes before class starting time.
All children will be placed at reception area without supervision after class.
A late collection fee of $10 applies on each occasion that the child is collected more than 10 minutes after the designated time.
COMPLAINTS
You can submit a formal complaint in writing to the Center Manager at Trinity Studio. A designated representative will contact you to discuss the issue and work towards a resolution. Please email your complaint to: info@trinitystudio.co.nz
